It is important we learn to keep our physical/mental sharp as we develope in our craft. STUNT/FIGHT workout is essential to keep us ready for the long filming process,etc. We will cover the fundamental of stunt/fight work in film/stage. It is a hands on coaching to make sure that SAFETY is our number one focus. To develope awareness to our surrounding when working on set/stage. To build confidence through our work. To understand storytelling through movement.
